In the past, insurance providers have taken upwards of three months to reimburse for services rendered. Acquiring payment often entails many (long) phone calls and emails. At this time, I can no longer work with insurance providers due to those factors. Aside from that, working independently allows me to incorporate several therapies into one visit to accelerate recovery and deliver a more comprehensive treatment plan tailored to you.

Skin Conditions and Infections: I kindly request that you inform me of any current skin conditions prior to your appointment. This is crucial for both our safety and comfort. Please note that I reserve the right to cancel a session without refund if a transferable or infectious condition is not disclosed beforehand.
Preparing for Your Massage: To enhance your massage experience, especially for clients with diabetes or circulatory issues, I recommend gently exfoliating and moisturizing your skin before the session. This simple preparation helps ensure a smooth, uninterrupted massage.
Hair & Jewelry: For massage clients, please remove all jewelry and affix long hair, loosely with a claw clip or scrunchie to the TOP of your head
Your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of government or public authorities, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest, war, terrorist activities, or any other event that makes it impossible or unsafe to provide or attend services.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, I may likely cancel or postpone sessions. Similarly, clients may cancel without penalty. Clients impacted will receive a full credit for a future session.
I will make every effort to reschedule canceled sessions as soon as it is safe and practical to do so, with priority given to existing bookings and package holders. When possible and appropriate, I may offer online or virtual sessions as an alternative to in-person meetings during force majeure events.
In the event of a force majeure situation, changes or cancellations will be communicated promptly via email and text message.
This policy may be subject to change based on evolving circumstances. Changes will be communicated via the FAQ section of this website
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
